Wish I'd found this site before publishing my Sunday Funnies. I might have added one of the videos, because this has got to be some kind of joke.
But it seems like he only has a single speech. All the videos show differing locations but pretty much the same dialogue.

Wondering what rock this object crawled out from under, I Googled him, but learned only that he operates out of Florida. Would any home town claim him? I want to see his birth certificate.
