This ad ran during the 1995 Superbowl. Both Richards and Cuomo had been defeated in 1994. Who defeated Ann Richards? George W. Bush, who would later run for President and propel Rick Perry into the Governor's mansion.
All things considered, we'd all be better off if that bag of chips was in charge.
