Air ambulance misses the mark

From the Ottawa Citizen...

"Growing more seriously ill, the decision was made to transport her to Ottawa. A land ambulance would have taken about two hours. Instead, the call went out to Ornge, setting off a series of delays that would not see her picked up until 8 p.m. She died the next night."
