Well NFO, I'm unsure if your comment relates to Juanita's observations or mine, but either way I fail to see incivility.

...and by way of observation, I would consider it uncivil and rude if, during a high profile meeting, a member of Congress were to interrupt the President... not once... not twice... but three times.
There is plenty of incivility in this nation these days. Honesty demands that if you are going to point at the pot and call it black....
